If arts school starts on August 13, how do I lose ten pounds by consequently??
i wouldn't focus on losing ten pounds specifically. i've tried before and i've in truth found that when i stress about losing a particular amount of weight i if truth be told gain a little. simply exercise, cut back on the unwanted items food, take it sometime at a time and don't worry too much... you still enjoy plenty of time. if you ease yourself into this it will be much easier.

trust me. if you exercise regularly (everyday for 1hr) and munch through healthy near lots of protein and fiber, the pounds will come off slickly!

Start walking. Walk at a swift pace though. Do close to a mile a night. Walking is much easier on your knees and foot then when you run..
Swim
Bike
Run
Walk
Eat nutritious! Hide all second-hand goods food from yourself. (My friend put all of her bread and stuff up surrounded by a tree in a trash backpack over passover. It worked for her!)
