I'm a guy, skinny right now, I budge to the gym ever other day, and do verbs ups and curls in between (15lb dumbbells). going on for how much arm muscle do you think I could gain doing this for 3 months?If im skinny right presently how much muscle----- read description!?
Why don't you work your intact body and gain a maximum benefit for the effort you put contained by.
15lb dumbells are not heavy -- you'll want to be increasing that shipment on a weekly basis BUT surrounded by three months you could have a totally transformed body if you work adjectives your muscle groups (which should be a preference to purely being a skinny guy next to defineable biceps!)
You need to chomp through well and also rest surrounded by order to grow clean muscle.
