If i'm on a weight/muscle gain diet, can i drink pretty much anything and everything?

I have an extremely hurriedly metabolism so should i just guzzle everything i can? I did this for a week and actually gain about 2 pounds. I pound protein shakes and fish grease tabs, im simply trying to gain weight surrounded by muscle. If i'm on a weight/muscle gain diet, can i drink pretty much anything and everything?
No, you shouldn't eat anything and everything. If you want to gain muscle and not FAT, stick next to lean protien, fruits, veggies, and limited carbs. If you want to increase your calories, do it the right channel and not with senseless calories and fatty foods.
dont. still eat clean.
You pretty much could if you're just trying to gain counterweight and muscle.
I would try to eat alot of nourishing foods like pasta beside chicken, rice, whole crumb stone ground bread, etc, instead. You'll gain weight and muscle, but not as much chubby.
I've read books where some nation in the counterbalance gain cycle eat alot of natural foods during the week and then treat themselves to hamburgers and pizza on weekends.
Bodybuilding is an up and down cycle, approaching a wave. When you're bulking up, you cannot chomp through everything you want. You should still eat glowing but you can splurge a little bit. If you're not thorough, you can add too much body round and that's never good. When you're done near the bulking phase and go into the adjectives phase, you want to be able to lose the chubby that you put on during bulking... the less extra tubby you put on while bulking, the better.
