If your a coach potato, how tons caloires should u get through a morning?

if you dont excersise or do alot in a morning, watch TV, play on computer... how various calories is enough to devour a day and stay filmy?If your a coach potato, how tons caloires should u get through a morning?
Forget your Calories get stale your butt and do stuff. You can be thin and be sick.
anywhere from 1200- 1500 a day. it is adequate calories for your body to work and enough to hold on to you healthy.
800-1000. but its unlikely you will munch through that few because you will feel hungry...

If you're going to be a couch potato... you may as very well assume the appropriate shape.

Probably something crazy low like 1000. Because you seem to not be moving at all! If you even get up to walk for a moment bit, you could probably eat for a moment more.
I want to think of myself as a Fendi potato.
What you should do is bring your *** off the couch... otherwise, you'll be totally weak, even if you do stay thin.
