Im 20 and I weigh 140lbs , what can i do to gain 30lbs surrounded by 3 months?

I already eat roughly 3000 calories a day. ive be told that my metabolism is fast and i wont know how to gain that kind of mass that fast unless i use steroids. i dont reckon i would ever use steroids and want another way i couil gain that immensity.Im 20 and I weigh 140lbs , what can i do to gain 30lbs surrounded by 3 months?
First of all you are 20 and you probably own a very briskly metabolism as I did when I was 20. Next you involve to be weight training as okay if you already arent. The 3,000 calories is a good amount but you want to make sure you are getting between 140-200 grams of protien a morning. Its highly unlikely that you will know how to gain that amount of weight within 3 months though.Stay away from steroids at 20, whoever is telling you to do them is an idiot. if you EVER use them dont use them until you are contained by your late 20's. your body is still growing at 20 believe it or not.also stay away from foods beside sugar and anything with caffine as much as possible. Creatine is also a dutiful way to gain solidity fairly hasty as well. only make sure you are drinking plently of sea with it.
angle it up to 6000 calories but make sure you take enough exercise and cardio
