If swimming burns so frequent calories afterwards why isnt it best to lose counterweight?
swimming DOES burn a lot of calories, yes, but the root you don't lose weight is because you are achievement muscle. this makes for a toned body and great overall strength, but you won't see the results on the amount.
It's because it really builds muscle, which weighs more than round. However, it is an amazing way to lose any excess lubricant!
