Im 5'3 and weigh i 140 how much should i weigh?
I am also 5'3" and I recommend a healthy counterweight of around 125-135, by healthy bulk I mean you shouldn't stop drinking just to lose bulk, but maintain a hearty lifestyle by eating several small meals a afternoon with good foods in them. Snack on as lots veggies and fruits as you can every day, and try to cut put a bet on or even cut out on the sodas, salt, and sugars that foods own in them. Exercise! Exercise! Exercise...find something you close to to do that gets your heart pumping and stick beside it. Good luck and stay healthy!

It depends.
Muscle weigh more than fat, so if your muscular than ur probably fine.
A nourishing weight would be around 125 but it depends on your frame. Don't agree to people report to you you should weigh around 110 to 115 because that isn't a good counterbalance. It seems similar to the media prefers women to be sticks these days. As long as your happy next to yourself and not at risk of health issues you should stay the channel you are :)
But if you want to loose weight afterwards eat a moment or two healthier and exercise.
