Your brain needs carbohydrates to survive, so you should not turn below 100g per day. How heaps grams of carboydrates you should eat really depends on how copious calories you are consuming daily and your pursuit level. Generally, shooting for 50% of your day by day calories from carbohydrates is a good target. You want to save fats b/w 25-35% and protein the remaining 25%. If you want to walk low carb I would shoot for 150g to 200g per day. There are 4 calories per gram of carboydrate and 4 calories per gram of protein. Fat have 9 calories per gram.

peleadora is correct. The number of carbs you eat is inconsequential. Focus on calories and discouraging fats instead. The authenticity is that fewer calories routine fewer pounds/kgs/etc.
