I would close to to lose some pounds on my thighs and stomach.What are some correct workouts to lose it?

I would like to really lose some pounds on my stomach and legs and because its summer i would approaching to go outside and inside to workout. So the interrogate that I'm asking is how can i lose some weight on my legs and stomach by working out? Also would consumption healthy foods lose some cargo on the legs and stomach?

Doing crunches near your legs fully extended instead of bent
Jumping rope
There's one called the Russian Twist, apparently.
I've never used it, I do a different exercise for my obliques
Legs: biking and running
the best exercise to do is run, run, or walk at least possible for 30 mins to an hour a day, and dont get through any fatty foods, you should be fine within a few months
