Iam of 16 years and i enjoy a big belly, itzz not corpulent and nation read out ot nouns, can you minister to me to achieve rid stale it.

I EAT REGULARLY BUT IT DOES'NT SEEM TO GO AWAY AND I HAVE TIRED TO EXCRESIE BUT THAT DOESNT HELP HAVE U GOT ANY IDEAS OF HOW 2 GET RID OF IT ?? PLZ HELP XXXIam of 16 years and i enjoy a big belly, itzz not corpulent and nation read out ot nouns, can you minister to me to achieve rid stale it.
You do have to exercise. Unfortunately exercise take a while, you have to do it everyday, only like breathing. You hold to do lots and lots of crunches. When you do crunches kinda "scoop" your abdominals back towards your spine, and beforehand you do your exercise do at least 2-4 minutes of slow open belly breaths. It helps to oxygenate the blood to backing remove lactic acid build-up contained by the muscles as you exercise. Lactic acid is what make your muscles hurt a day next. And remember to breathe during exercise. Many people hold their breath unconsciously while exercising. Leg raise and "scissors" help strengthen the lower abdominals and help get rid of that little "pooch". Good luck, I hope this help.
try lemon juice beside honey for a week. you cant eat or drink anything else except hose down. that is how beyonce get so thin since dreamgirls.hope it helps. even though you might come across very hungry, try conversation a lot of nap becasue 70% of the time a person is awake, they tend to devour alot. and everytime you reach for an weak snack, remember that, that belly is just going to seize bigger.

try walking/jogging/running and doing sit-up/crunches.. also eat veggies and grilled foods (chicken, red meat, pork). and you should also stay away from high-ranking sodium foods
