If i do this everyday for the subsequent 4 weeks.. how much can i lose?

Starting tomorrow, if i run 30 minutes to an hour, and eat below 800 calories for 4 weeks, how much will i lose? (i'm 130 lbs now.. i want to carry back down to 115 within 4 weeks..) i'm 15 years old and feminine... what do you think? i know it may not be good, but this is a one time thing.If i do this everyday for the subsequent 4 weeks.. how much can i lose?
I don`t know 15 lbs. if you are eating that little put together sure you are mostly eating fruits and vegetables because your body will really involve the extra nutrients, and take a righteous multi vitamin. i'm sure you know this is unhealthy so i won't articulate anything about that
i ponder you might hit your goal within 3 weeks if you really try hard. the first few pounds will be super effortless, but after that it may get tricky
This is extremely poorly. Love the body you are in 130 is correct. You will just extension up binging, and your body is going to go into starvation mode. If you really want to lose freight then get through at least 1500 calories a daylight and lose no more than 2 pounds a week.
