If i exercise everyday for let speak 2 hours, will i see better results consequently if i exercised for 45-50 min?
It depends on how hard you work out. Generally, I would read out that 45-50 minutes are more than enough next to a little enthusiasm applied to the workout. You also own to think almost developmental injuries.
It depends on what you do. If you are doing the same workout, of late for longer, then yes, you will procure better results.
yes it sounds great, but be care ful becase when your metabolism speeds up you might gain hungry. do 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour contained by the evening. i do it like that and a diet i lost 10 pounds within 2 weeks. i did not use pills or staved i just ate tough. good luck. ^_^

No, after an hour of cardio you are burning muscle not fat. Much better to do cardio for 45 min and also some weights. Having more muscle will relieve you increase your metabolism and burn fat better and faster.
