If i want to work out at home? What would be the best things for me to do if i want to a six pack? no equiment
Cardio (running/fast paced walking) and reverse crunches, side bends, and the roll up (pilates move)
crunches.. def.
belive it or not but hoola hoops work.
Diet, cardio, crunches
UNless you enjoy low body fat abs don't show thus adjectives the situps in the world won't do a damn article. Thus i would make sure you get through healthy and do cardio for going on for 45 minutes a day and do some crunches (you requirement no equpiment for a 6 pack
