If I run like length for a long time, will I start to find it easier?
You might, but not as easy as you would find it if you would drive like peas in a pod distance, that is if you are merely asking for an easy channel to get from point A to B.
yea but it will acquire easier faster if you jog rather farther one day per week.
yea u will, trust me at arts school we have to do a mile every monday, or we used to hold to, and my time improved by 5 mins.so once u return with used to it it will get easier

Yes - typcially your body adjust after about 5 or 10 minutes and your body will be capable of handle it after 4 - 8 weeks administer or take. Time will allow you to not with the sole purpose make it easier, but faster and farther near less strain or stress.

yeh, you should if you go a moment or two faster each light of day, example, you jog for 3.5 mph and you walk briskly for example 1 mile each time, if you fasten it at a snail`s pace to 5 mph for 1 mile each daytime, you will find 3.5 mph will be A LOT EASIER...
Yep, it builds you endurance and it get easier the more you do it. It does help to jump farther after it gets easier though, to preserve building your endurance.
Yes. Your body will attain used to it a little more respectively time you run. You can challenge yourself by running longer or (if on a treadmill) at a highly developed incline.
