I had a little one two years ago and I lost most of the weight I gain from the pregnancy but I have alot of extra skin on my stomach that will not walk away no matter how much i work out, is my singular solution a tummy tuck or do I just hold to work out harder? If I save working out my abs will the extra skin travel away?
For myself I found Yoga the best and quickest to get rid of the extra skin from pregnancy.
Yes it will, you merely have to hold on to working out.
unfortunately yes, if you loose keep on to fast you skin doesn't amend
I'm pretty sure it's a tummy tuck because my neighbors mom had them and they are twins and she have to have a tummy tuck for the skin to jump away. But' I wouldn't have one done because she passed away from that.
No. The skin will not tighten but you you can do crunches and try to strengthen your abdominal muscles. Plastic surgery shows other feature women who carry tummy tucks to help beside stretched ab. skin.
My mom had a baby(me) 20 years ago and she still have the extra skin. If you don't want to be stuck with the extra skin for the rest of your time then a tummy tuck is the opening to go. After you enjoy a baby your stomach is close to a rubber band, it stretches but never go back to the means of access it was, it will other be a little bigger.
After 5 kids, including 7 pound twins, I can assure that the extra skin is here to stay!! Working out is wonderful to gain back the muscle, but the stretched skin does not disappear on its own.
A tummy tuck is really one option, but appropriate muscle tone and weight control can breed your stomach flat again. Just accept the certainty that a bikini is not for you anymore.
