and i really dont like to draw from hot and sweaty so is there a easyer passageway to maybe tone up my stomach arms and legs.If i lose counterbalance would i lose it on my breast and Thighs too?
if you're trying to lose lubricant, you need to do cardio (ie running, eliptical machine), and sweating while raise your heart rate (naturally, not with heartiness drinks and the such) will lose you the weight the fastest.

to be precise the reason why women more than men have weight problem. you other see men sweating but seldom see women sweating. sweating show that you are burning something and when we don't burn anything then any excess calories will be stores as podgy. women eat too much compare to the work the do. they look busy but their work is not burning gusto. in direct word it is not actually a work but in recent times fun.
