If fiber doesnt hold any calories, why does the powder?
Fiber is in most foods that we devour naturally to be exact in fruits, vegetables, breads (of full grain nature) cereal (the same way) it essential to the digestive tract and it helps to flood you up not out. So eat put away eat disposition nature temper..you can buy psyllium husks if you need to join to your protein shakes etc to add fiber if you without doubt need to but it is better to get hold of it in its most instinctive form that way you will bring back it without any extra cost or concern to you at adjectives. enjoy!!
