If i run everyday how long will it clutch to see results?

im running 30 minutes a day for cross country and i be wondering how long it would take to see those extra pounds move about awayIf i run everyday how long will it clutch to see results?
You should change up your routine to truly resist your different muscle groups in your legs. Try running uphill or even walking backwards during your cool-down. You should be seeing results w/in the first week if this is a total new routine for you.
okay, if you are only just running each afternoon i would say just about a week and a half. But if you are doing excesses and running respectively day i would right to be heard right around six days. I very much suggest exercising and running respectively day! :]
