If I in general drink 1400-1500 calories a daytime during 4-5 sittings and after 1 month for soon enjoy breakfast/?

skip lunch and have a roomy supper but the same over adjectives calories will that cause me to be in motion into starvation mode? or store all the extra (ill be exercising after this dinner) - or will it be ok??If I in general drink 1400-1500 calories a daytime during 4-5 sittings and after 1 month for soon enjoy breakfast/?
Your body switches into starvation mode after 12 continuous hours of not ingestion. This includes time spent sleeping. So as long as you eliminate 12 hour gap, you should be OK.
