first day, I did 12-15 squats...but my thigh muscles enjoy started paining so badly, i could not do it the subsequent day.
why does it strain so badly? is it due to stiff musclees? but i do other exercises as economically and am on diet.If i m a starter, how several squats per sunshine should be a flawless start?
It takes the lower body longer to rest from weight lifting as it contains the biggest muscles contained by the human body. Start once a week and then move to twice a week once you achieve used to it. 3-4 sets of 8-12 should be ideal and monitor that form.
Wait until the pain within your muscles are gone before doing them again. Generally speaking, you can do squats roughly speaking twic a week, this also depends on your body size and muscle volume. As you gain experience you'll learn to adjust your training suitably.
Most large bodybuilders merely train the large muscles once a week.
